This morning we served a fresh fruit parfait starting with organic bananas, greek yogurt, granola with almonds, fresh raspberries (that Mrs. Peterson brought by after she picked them from her garden last evening), more yogurt and granola,  then topped with fresh blueberries and spearmint from our “mint plantation” outside the front door. We’re trying greek yogurt for the first time. Our guests, Scott and Tony, like it so Robert got some to try and make his own greek yogurt from the cultures. So far, so good!
